Are you one of the many who thought that there are still jobs out there, which are secure? Did you lose your job lately and nothing adequate is coming along? Are you looking for help and are you willing to listen and learn? Well, this might sound like the bad news for you: There is no job security and in our ever faster moving world, jobs come and go in moments. Many years we used the so-called third world countries mainly as suppliers of resources available there. And the people of the countries were desperately waiting to get their share of the benefits. And they get it now based on the technology we have now in place. Each and every job that can be digitalized will go to countries like India and China and others in Asia. Manufacturing of goods of mass production like cars will continue to move into these countries where labor is so cheap that even adding the transportation cost doesnt make a real difference. And beyond that these countries a growing at a breathtaking rate and so are the markets there. Classical manufacturing jobs will continue to disappear in the countries of the western world and so will the classical office jobs. It is just the consequence of the development of the whole world. Finally the people in the former poor countries will enjoy a better life while the people in the rich countries will have to make sacrifices. Do all of us have to make sacrifices? No, I dont believe that. Do we all have to become lawyers and sue each other happily ever after? No, neither that should be the case. But many of us have to become awake and learn to see the hidden blessings in this situation. Face it, this might happen tomorrow: You dont have a job anymore and you will have to choose whether to be one of those people who desperately seek whatever job is available at whatever low wage, or to become aware of the possibilities you as an individual have with your talents and experience. Blaming the world, your boss or the circumstances doesnt help, because there is only one in charge of your life, and that is you! So, here is the good news for you: You are in charge of your life and it is up to you to make your choices. What would you like to do? What would you like to become? What are your passions and what are your dreams? What do you really want? I know that sounds pretty simple, but it is not easy to achieve. We all are in a transition in our lives; we all have to shift our awareness away from the old thinking habits towards using our power and creating our life! It is about expanding yourself beyond the artificial and imposed boundaries of your life and be awestruck by discovering and seeing who you truly are! I went through this process myself and lived through the rough ride way outside my oh so comfortable comfort zone! I chose deliberately to do so, leaving behind my well-paid job in management and started the journey to experience who I truly am! In the beginning it was very tough since your beautiful mind is going to be right in your way trying to hold you back in what you already know thus keeping you out of danger. Our ego is so powerful and makes us believe that we are it, that we are our ego. Nothing could be more away from the truth! I found my passions, discovered my talents and gifts, hidden deep inside me for such a long time, and I am profoundly grateful that a Higher Power gave me that kick in my behind, which woke me up to life! Did I have to make sacrifices? Well, it depends on the point of view: My ego would say that yes, indeed, I had to sacrifice many things I needed before to define myself in the outer world. But none of that was truly me, and what I did before was living the nine-to-five-kind-of-death as many of us do. Now its up to you to decide whether you dare to live up to your true potential and find what you really want to do. Do you still have to work? You bet! But if your work is what you love, then it becomes your passion and doesnt feel like work anymore. Will you encounter roadblocks and difficulties? Of course you will, along the road of life you choose to take. All these obstacles you might find are part of what you are constantly creating with your thoughts and feelings. By changing the way you think, changing what you think about, your life is going to change dramatically! Can you do all this on your own? Well, thats something you will have to find out and decide. But there is a reason that the most successful and wealthy people on this planet all have coaches! Educating yourself, learning how to think instead of what to think, and getting guidance by somebody loving you just the way you are, is the key! Stand up for yourself and get into your power now! |
